The Two Wheel Trauma program is the original motorcycle trauma program specifically designed to acquaint EMS personnel with the unique types of injuries that routinely occur in motorcycle, bicycle, ATV, moped and snowmobile accidents.  The program also covers accident scene management and discusses environmental and physical hazards that may present that could injure the rescuer.

The goal of the program is to enhance the survival rate of the injured rider and to reduce the potential for rescuer injury at the scene.

Who should attend? All levels of EMS providers, RN’s, firefighters, Law Enforcement, Chiropractors, ALL BIKERS and Emergency Department personnel.

Continuing Education: 
EMS: 6.0 Formal CEH’s through Mary Greely Medical Center, Ames, Iowa.
Nursing: 7.4 contact hours awarded by Iowa Board Nursing Provider #59, Genesis Medical Center, Davenport, IA: IL Nursing may use the IA certificate for license renewal.Chiropractors: Continuing Education credits provided by Palmer College of Chiropractic. CE credits for Iowa and Illinois only. Up to 6 hours may be earned. For questions regarding CE approval, please call Palmer CEE at 800-452-5032.
