Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press Gazette weighs the pros and cons of sitting or starting Aaron Rodgers for the final two games of the season during Wood's appearance on The Dan Patrick Show on Thursday.
The Packers have been eliminated from postseason contention, so the thinking goes that the only thing left to do is to tank for NFL Draft positioning and not further expose the Packers' banged-up stars, like Rodgers, David Bakhtiari, and Davante Adams, to further injury.
However, the counter-argument is that Rodgers needs time to work with his receivers, earn a win or two, and try to pad what has been an otherwise disappointing season (by his standards) in Green Bay.
