Packers interview two former Colts head coaches for opening

Green Bay's search for a new head coach took an interesting turn on Wednesday, as reports surfaced that the Packers interviewed former Indianapolis head coaches Jim Caldwell and Chuck Pagano.

Caldwell, who also coached Detroit from 2014-2017, is a native of Beloit. He went 26-22 with Indianapolis, including a Super Bowl appearance in 2009, and 36-28 with Detroit. His overall record, including the playoffs, is 64-54. He was also the head coach at Wake Forest from 1993-2000.

Pagano went 56-46, including the playoffs, in six years with the Colts (2012-2017). It was Pagano's first head coaching gig in his career, a the longtime assistant worked through the college ranks before serving as a secondary coach in the NFL for Cleveland, Oakland, and Baltimore.
