Report: Jordy Nelson to retire from the NFL

According to former Packers wide receiver James Jones, who has broken other stories involving his teammates in the past couple of years, former Packers receiver Jordy Nelson is set to retire from the NFL.

Nelson played nine seasons in Green Bay, racking up 550 catches for 7,848 yards and 69 touchdowns in his time with the Packers. He played one season for the Raiders before being released this offseason, catching 63 passes for 739 yards and three touchdowns. Nelson also had 54 catches for 668 yards and five touchdowns in the playoffs with the Packers.
