Culture, Chemistry Strong in Green Bay

Yes, "We got a defense" is the refrain from Thursday night's game, but what seems more apparent is that this year's Green Bay Packers have chemistry, part of the culture change in Green Bay the past two offseasons.

Jason Perone of Cheesehead TV details what he believes is evidence that the culture has indeed changed inside the locker room, and that the evidence is apparent when you see how the team communicates.

Team chemistry is not a given and that's nothing new. As the Packers entered free agency following 2018, general manager Brian Gutekunst started loading up with new talent to get the Packers back in contention. Instead of opting for meatheads like Antonio Brown, Gute signed guys like Adrian Amos, Za'Darius Smith and Preston Smith. As the NFL season wears on, teams who are close and treat each other like family tend to face adversity and overcome obstacles much easier.
