National media reacts to Aaron Rodgers' big Week 1 performance

For at least one week, national media came away impressed by Aaron Rodgers' four-touchdown performance in the opening week of the 2020 NFL season, a 43-34 win over the Vikings.

Rodgers, who this offseason saw the Packers draft his presumptive replacement at quarterback, Jordan Love, by trading up in the first round of the NFL Draft, led Green Bay's offense to a 522-yard day and a steamrolling of their divisional rival.

After the big game, national media was generally positive of the results, with most prominent media members stating something along the lines of "Rodgers still has it" after watching Rodgers place pass after pass on the money to his receivers.

Doug Gottlieb of Fox Sports Radio says Rodgers still has it, and never lost it:

Mike Florio and Chris Simms of NBC Sports say Rodgers is 'out for revenge' after an offseason of nothing but questions about his future:

Stephen A. Smith of ESPN brings back his trademark "Aaron Rodgers is a baaaaad man" line, while the fantasy football team at ESPN values the impact of Rodgers' big opening week:
